My friend and I went to the complementary free yoga this morning at our local Luluemon Athletica (at MOA) and it was absolutely wonderful! I feel so wonderful, I can’t even explain it! I could get used to this :) Also, I wish I could wake up every morning and do an hour of Yoga before I start my day!!!! I’m going to plan on it. I’m in love. Tell me about your experience with yoga!?
Wow. just.. WOW. I really should make a tab entitled “AWESOME ACROYOGA VIDEOS TO RADIOHEAD SONGS” because this is to Reckoner and it is nearly perfect (I say nearly because it makes me wish they went a teeny bit slower)

SO I HERD U LIEK YOGA???
This routine is HARD. I’m not a flexible (or balanced) person to begin with, but I’m sweating BULLETS after this, and it’s not even 10 minutes! It also taught me I can actually get into a bridge fro downward dog. I thought I wasn’t felxible enough :D
I’m going to try this tonight!!! I just did it!!! I LOVE this sequence!!!! i think I will be adding this to my everyday yoga!!!!! <3 <3 <3
